12 Live Lectures (biweekly, Saturdays at noon ET): Intimate sessions exploring each stage of the inner work journey — with space for questions, insight, and shared discovery.
12 Office Hour Sessions (Saturdays, alternating with lectures): A one-on-one, informal space to be witnessed, integrate, and explore what’s arising for you between sessions.
